Orders typically ship within 3 business days; however, due to high order volume, purchases can take up to 5-7 business days to ship. Once your item(s) ship, we will send an email with your tracking information. If you ordered multiple items, you might receive multiple tracking numbers. This ensures that you receive your purchases as quickly as possible without being charged any additional shipping fees. If you have any questions about when your order will arrive after you have received a tracking number, it is best to contact UPS directly.Things outside of our control (weather, delays, etc.) may impact shipping time. If this is the case, UPS will have the most accurate information and tracking for your item(s).

Can I choose local pick up?
No, we are an online retailer only and do not have a brick and mortar shop.
Can I change my shipping address after my package has shipped?
If you need to change the shipping address you originally provided us with and your package has already shipped, please be prepared to pay a $25 fee as UPS does charge us for this service. Contact us at shipping@allaboutbullets.com with your request and an invoice will be sent to your email for this fee. As soon as it is paid the address will be changed in the UPS system.
Can I can cancel or return my order?
We WILL NOT cancel orders at the request of our customers. Once your payment has gone through your item(s) will be sent to you. However, we reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing or inventory errors.
We DO NOT accept ammo returns under any conditions, unless you have been sent the wrong ammunition. In the rare event that this happens, you will be emailed a return label and asked to ship the incorrect order back to us. Once the return is on its way we will ship out your correct order.
What forms of payment can I use?
The only forms of payment we accept are credit or debit card. (Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express)
Why isn't my tracking showing movement?
Tracking numbers are made the moment a label is printed. If an order is packaged and a label is created at the end of the day, tracking will show Label Created, and the package will be picked up the next day by UPS, around 3:30 P.M. PST, at which time tracking will update to Shipped. If the Label Created status is being shown longer than 36 hours, please contact us and we will help you resolve the issue in a timely manner.
