- Orders typically ship within 3 business days; however, due to high order volume, purchases can take up to 5-7 business days to ship. Once your item(s) ship, we will send an email with your tracking information. If you ordered multiple items, you might receive multiple tracking numbers. This ensures that you receive your purchases as quickly as possible without being charged any additional shipping fees. If you have any questions about when your order will arrive after you have received a tracking number, it is best to contact UPS directly. Things outside of our control (weather, delays, etc.) may impact shipping time. If this is the case, UPS will have the most accurate information and tracking for your item(s).

Why isn't my tracking showing movement?
- Tracking numbers are made the moment a label is printed. If an order is packaged and a label is created at the end of the day, tracking will show Label Created, and the package will be picked up the next day by UPS, around 3:30 P.M. PST, at which time tracking will update to Shipped. If the Label Created status is being shown longer than 36 hours, please contact us and we will help you resolve the issue in a timely manner.
